Gate Access Problem Form
For community issues, such as damage to the gates, or the call box not functioning, please utilize the Gate Malfunction Form.
When the RFID sensor detects a transponder, the light in the center of the sensor will flash green. If the light does not flash, either the vehicle (and therefore the transponder) was not close enough to detect, or the chip in the transponder is damaged.
