Governing Documents

The nature, objects and purposes of this Association shall be to encourage the members to maintain their properties so that the appearance of Happy Trails, subdivision as described in the Preservation Notice (“Happy Trails”), shall be to preserve and maintain the characteristics of a rural enclave, to promote the improvement of facilities and services; to buy, sell, lease and hold title to real and personal property; to foster the spirit of friendly co-operation among the members and especially to extend such a spirit toward now permanent residents and new property owners; to keep Happy Trails a desirable place to live, including enforcement of restrictions with respect to property situate in Happy Trails.
