Estoppel Requests Edit page

Under Florida State Law (Florida Statute 720.30851) Happy Trails Property Owners Association is required to execute an “Estoppel Certificate” at the time of sale of an association member's property.  The Estoppel Certificate is a legally binding document to the buyer that confirms the current status of the property owner’s obligations, rights and responsibilities within the association. It provides information about the current members’ financial and legal aspects, including assessment dues, outstanding fees, and any special rules or agreements.

The Happy Trails Property Owners Association is managed by Artemis Lifestyles. Artemis processes all Estoppel Certificate requests for our Association. Please use the following link to request an estoppel.
